With our own rubber plantation, nine
latex processing plants and quality
control laboratories, we are dedicated
to produce high-quality latex
concentrate. Our testing laboratories
ensure vertical control of the process
from latex reception, to processing and
delivery of latex to our customers. Our
strict quality control and high
processing standards throughout the
process produces results in the most
consistent latex available.
The latex production begins at our
collecting point in rubber growing area
and our rubber estates. A small amount
of ammonia is added at the collection
points to help preserve and stabilize
the latex. The latex is transported by
tank truck to the processing plant where
it is checked for quality and then
blended. Latex passing our
specifications is transferred to
centrifuge machine, which concentrate
the latex from approximately 30 percent
total solids content to around 60
percent total solids. This is typical of
standard low and high ammonia natural
latex grades. Additional ammonia and/or
other preservatives are added and the
latex is again tested to ensure product
quality.
The latex is allowed to mature,
permitting certain naturally occurring
chemical reactions to take place before
final quality adjustments are made. The
latex is again tested and then
transported to customers' premises. We
also randomly test again to ensure that
it meets the highest quality standards
before shipment by drum, flexibag or
deep tank.
Our commitment to customer service is
noticeable via our dedicated natural
latex testing laboratories and servicing
staff to support both our products and
customers requirements. Our close
monitor of the process and commitment to
the highest quality standards ensures
the most consistent latex for your
manufacturing process.
